There is always at least one rule in the list, which is called the Default rule.

In this rule, you can specify the behavior of the system if the message does not fit any of the rules:

  • If you select Create task option, then in the same rule you can define default parameters for creating such tasks. For example, it makes sense to specify project in which these tasks will be created, as well as their deadline .

  • If you select Ignore the letter, do not create task option , the task from the letter will be created only if at least one of the rules that are higher in the list is executed. If there are no rules in the list and you have selected this option, tasks from the messages will not be created.
