Access to data on sending and reading emails
- For users with free accounts, sent and read statuses for emails are not available
- For users with Plan A accounts, data is available for the past 30 days
- For users with Plan B accounts, data is available for the past 180 days
- Users with Plan X accounts can see the data with no limits on a time frame
- Switching to a different plan changes the availability of the data. You can switch to a "higher-level" plan to gain access to data for a longer period of time.
- Data has been saved since April 15, 2019. Data isn't available before that date, regardless of your plan.
