How to view a list of an employee's actions?

Go to the employee's profile and select the Actions tab on the left-hand menu:
You will see a list of all the employee's actions in all tasks that you have access to. You can select the "Day" or "Week" view, navigate between days and weeks using the arrows, and use the calendar icon to quickly get to a specific date:
